10. Tibetan Spaniel
In terms of “average” lifespans, Tibetan Spaniels are considered the second-longest -living at 15.2 years. They are intelligent, playful, and confident. These spaniels reach a maximum height of 10 inches and weigh between 9-15 pounds. They are affectionate with family and young children. Tibetan Spaniels live between 12 and 15.2 years.
9. Lancashire Heeler
Based on “average” lifespans, Lancashire Heelers are considered the longest-living dogs at 15.4 years. They reach 10-12 inches in height and weigh between 9 and 17 pounds.
